The short answer
First, the conflict of interest: KADR (kadr-ai.ru) is my service. So below is only what can be checked: the terms of other services were taken from their websites on 9 November 2026.
Kling, Google Veo and other foreign services do not accept Russian cards directly, and a VPN changes your IP but not the country of the card. More detail: how to pay for Kling from Russia and how to pay for Veo from Russia.
The simplest route is a Russian aggregator. It connects the same models through an API, so the clip is the same, and you pay in rubles.
Subscription or pay per clip: a comparison
| Service | How you pay | What happens to the remainder | Minimum entry |
|---|---|---|---|
| KADR | per generation, no subscription | does not expire | from 50 tokens, about 80 rubles |
| MashaGPT | subscription | reset each period, does not accumulate | paid plan from 990 rubles a month |
| Syntx | subscription and tokens | tokens only work with an active subscription | no prices on the home page |
| Neurosphere | subscription | not stated on the site | from 890 rubles a month |
| Higgsfield | subscription in euros | credits expire at the end of the period | from 19 euros a month, does not accept Russian cards |
Data from the services’ websites as of 9 November 2026. Terms change, so check them on the site before paying. This is not a public offer.
Subscription or pay per generation
A subscription only pays off if you generate constantly and manage to use up the limit. In a month without work the money is charged anyway.
Paying per generation is better value if you make a clip once a week or for a specific project. A month without work costs nothing.
More on the difference: how to pay for AI services from Russia.
Why not Higgsfield. It is a foreign aggregator and it is inconvenient for Russia: it does not accept Russian cards, so you need an intermediary with a commission. It works by subscription in euros (from 19 euros a month), unused subscription credits expire at the end of each period, and the Starter plan opens only some of the models. On KADR, Kling, Veo and Seedance are available in rubles, with a Russian card, no subscription, and tokens never expire.
What a clip costs on KADR
A 6-second clip, prices in November 2026:
| Model | Resolution | Sound | Tokens | Approximately |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Seedance 2.0 Mini | 480p | yes | 15 | ~24 rubles |
| Veo 3.1 Lite | 720p | yes | 33 | ~52 rubles |
| Kling v3 | 720p | no | 53 | ~84 rubles |
| Seedance 2.0 | 480p | yes | 69 | ~109 rubles |
| Veo 3.1 Fast | 1080p | yes | 80 | ~126 rubles |
| Kling 4.0 | 720p | no | 105 | ~166 rubles |
| Kling v3 | 1080p | yes | 106 | ~168 rubles |
| Veo 3.1 | 1080p | yes | 264 | ~417 rubles |
| Seedance 2.5 | 1080p | yes | 537 | ~849 rubles |
This is not a public offer. The price is calculated before you start. Per-minute calculation: how much a minute of AI video costs.
If you need cartoons
For cartoons people usually choose Seedance: it holds a drawn style and a character between scenes well. Drafts are convenient on Seedance 2.0 Mini at 480p (about 24 rubles for 6 seconds with sound), and the final on Seedance 2.0 or 2.5. Step by step: how to make a cartoon with AI.
What to check before paying
- Whether the model you need is there. The name in an ad and in the model list can differ: Kling 2.6 and Kling 4.0 are different models.
- How the price is calculated. Look at the price of a specific clip, not only the plan. Resolution and duration change it several times over.
- What happens to the remainder. Whether the balance expires and whether it works without a subscription.
- Whether the price is shown before you start. Otherwise you cannot control the budget.
- Who is behind the service. Legal details on the site and clear refund terms.
In short
The easiest way to generate AI video and pay with a Russian card is through a Russian aggregator. The main thing to look at is how you pay. For one-off projects and cartoons, paying per generation with no subscription and a balance that does not expire is better value: that is how KADR works.
