Why not to name studios
Requests like «in the style of [studio name]» or «like [character name]» are worse for three reasons:
- The model may refuse: rights holders are suing AI companies, and filters react to such names.
- The result becomes a copy of someone else’s style rather than your own picture.
- Publishing it is riskier, especially for commercial purposes.
A style as a set of features (outlines, fills, eyes, palette) is not protected. More: other brands, logos and characters in AI.
How to stay recognisable
- Upload a sharp front-facing photo.
- List 3 or 4 striking features: hairstyle, hair colour, glasses, an accessory.
- Do not ask to change age and pose at the same time as the style.
- Make 2 versions and pick the one where you recognise yourself.
