Почему для 30 секунд нужен другой промпт
Модели на 5 до 10 секунд хватает одного действия. Seedance 2.5 делает до 30 секунд за один проход, и разработчик позиционирует это как возможность рассказать короткую историю: завязка, развитие, финал. Если промпт описывает один момент, модель растягивает его на полминуты. Если описывает десять событий, она комкает их и часть пропускает.
Решение: делить ролик на отрезки по времени. Так делает сама ByteDance в официальных примерах к модели.
Структура промпта
[Общая строка: формат, стиль, тип съёмки]
0-8s: [где мы, кто в кадре, как стоит камера, что происходит]
8-18s: [одно действие, одно движение камеры]

Правила:
- Одно действие и одно движение камеры на отрезок.
- Общая строка задаёт всё, что не меняется: соотношение сторон, стиль, тип съёмки (один непрерывный кадр или монтаж).
- Финальный кадр отдельно. Модель лучше заканчивает ролик, когда знает, на чём остановиться.
- Звук в конце. Если не описать, модель придумает сама.

Референсы
Seedance 2.5 принимает много референсов: по данным разработчика, до 30 изображений, 10 видео и 10 аудио. Набор на конкретной площадке может быть меньше.
- Одному референсу одна роль: героиня, локация, стиль, предмет.
- Ссылайтесь по номеру: «the woman from image 1», «the kitchen from image 2».
- Для нескольких героев дайте каждому свой референс и указывайте, кто где стоит.

Типичные ошибки
- Слишком много событий. Больше пяти отрезков на 30 секунд модель комкает.
- Пустые слова. «Epic, cinematic masterpiece, 8K» не дают ничего конкретного.
- Противоречия. «Static camera» в общей строке и «camera circles» в отрезке.
